Tinapa was a HUGE multi-million dollar project that was supposed to "jump-start the economy in SE Nigeria". Why did it fail? It should have been built in Lagos instead. what a waste of money.
At the end of the day, building airports, malls and big buildings are not guaranteed to be successful if the right conditions aren't met. ie if enough people aren't willing to patronizing it.
